She is currently co-CEO at United Way UK, part of the largest privately funded charity in the world, where she works closely with a range of corporate partners and investors.
Jane is a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and a member of the EMCC Business Development Team. She is also Founder of the Small Charity CEO Support Network and is currently writing a book about management structure in small charities, carrying out research with a large group of charity CEOs. Jane maintains a keen interest in the NHS and is a member of the NICE Endometriosis Guideline Development Committee.
In her personal life, Jane is passionate about social justice and held office as a trustee for Belong London, a small but dynamic restorative justice charity. This passion extends to empowering women, and she is a volunteer mentor for young women through the Aspire Foundation. Jane has also been practicing Buddhist meditation daily for many years, and find this brings great joy into her life.
